Greek Style Tzatziki

This simple but tasty Tzatziki dip is perfect for sharing with friends.

Try dipping warm pitta bread slices to really upgrade the delicious dip!

Method

Step 1

Grate half a cucumber of a strainer.

Step 2

Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and lean for at least 30 minutes and up to 12 hours.

Step 3

Chop the fresh dill and mince the garlic.

Step 4

Add the Lancashire Farm Greek Style Yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil into a mixing bowl.

Step 5

Mix well.

Step 6

Serve with either tortilla chips or warmed pitta bread.
